Contract and Fees

To contract the services of Prosthetic Consulting Technologies, you must print, sign and return a copy of our Consulting Agreement. It is easiest to fax a signed copy to 775-849-1458 and I will sign and fax back to you.

Fees for services are as follows:

• $300/hr for research and travel (maximum $1200/day for travel)
• $3500/day for trial testimony
